Private health insurance

We are a registered provider with most private health insurance funds. We have HICAPS facilities available meaning your rebate can be claimed on the spot – so you only have to pay the gap.

Please note: health fund rebates vary, so you will need to contact your health fund directly to find out how much they will cover.

Medicare

Medicare rebates: GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP)

Previously known as the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plan or Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan

This program enables those with a chronic (long term) medical condition that has lasted (or is likely to last) for at least 6 months to be able to get Medicare-subsidised benefits for allied health services that help manage their condition. You will need to discuss this with your GP to determine if your child is eligible to claim rebates under this program. If they are eligible, your GP will provide you with the relevant documentation that you must bring to your appointment with us in order to claim the rebate.

The GPCCMP program enables clients to receive a partial rebate for up to 5 sessions over a calendar year – it does not cover the whole treatment cost, so you will be required to pay the gap.

We have Medicare facilities available to enable you to claim this rebate at the time of payment.

How a Medicare GPCCMP rebate works

The GPCCMP program provides a partial rebate. It does not cover the whole treatment cost, so you pay the gap.

1

See your GP

Discuss whether your child is eligible to claim rebates under the program. It covers chronic conditions that have lasted, or are likely to last, at least 6 months.

2

Bring the paperwork

If eligible, your GP provides the documentation. Bring it to your appointment with us.

3

Claim when you pay

We have Medicare facilities to claim the rebate at the time of payment.
